Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19.

AS A RESULT, AUSTRALIA POST HAS SUSPENDED SERVICES TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:

Argentina, Austria, Bahrain, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Djibouti, Egypt, Estonia, French Polynesia, Greece, Jordan, Kiribati, Kosovo, Kuwait, Libya, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Turkey, Tuvalu, Ukraine & Western Samoa.

AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping

$10 AU flat rate. Estimated delivery between 2 - 7 business days

Express shipping

$15 AU flat rate. Estimated delivery between next day and 3 business days.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 AU.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard Shipping 

$25.50 AU flat rate. Estimated delivery between 5 - 25 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping information

We aim to have all orders dispatched immediately. All orders within Australia will be posted via Australia Post and will be delivered within business hours (Monday to Friday)

Please note that some International countries may charge government duties and charges, which unfortunately is out of our control, please check with your local government regarding fees.

Tracking information

Your tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been posted. Please allow at least 24 house before tracking is updated online from notification of shipment.

RETURNS

Wovenwear Studio accepts exchange and credit note on full priced items only. 

Exchanges and credit notes are accepted on purchases within 14 days of dispatch. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Please notify us via email info@wovenwear.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item/s.

Items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed. All items must have swing tags attached and in its original packaging

We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange or credit note minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
